Fox nabs pilot bounty

Net picks up McKewin-penned drama

Feature scribe Vince McKewin ("The Replacements") has sold his first network TV project, partnering with Sandy Grushow for an hourlong drama at Fox.

Untitled hour revolves around a bounty hunter who travels the globe working for something called the International Fugitive Recovery Project. The catch: He's xenophobic.

Grushow will exec produce via his Phase Two Prods., which is based at 20th Century Fox TV. McKewin will also exec produce the potential skein, which came from an idea pitched by Grushow to McKewin.

Scribe's other feature credits include "Fly Away Home" and rewrites on "Money Talks" and the original "Rush Hour." He began his showbiz career as a thesp.

McKewin is repped by UTA.
