Michael London's Groundswell is financing the pic, and Bill Block's QED Intl. handles foreign sales. London is producing with Michael Costigan, Bridget Johnson and Bruna Papandrea.
London last worked with Parker when he produced "The Family Stone."
Parker, who last starred in "Failure to Launch," recently wrapped the Mark Brokaw-directed "Spinning Into Butter."
