Working Title: Anglea Morrison

As chief operating officer, Morrison runs the machine of legal and business affairs, finance and strategic planning with something more than mere efficiency.

"She's not just a pen-pusher, a money person," says agent Jenne Casarotto, who has done many deals with her over the years. "She's the human face of business affairs."

A lawyer by training, Morrison joined from Palace Pictures in 1992 at the age of 26. "And I'll still be here in another 20 years, the way things are going," she laughs. "We've all been here a long time, and nobody's going anywhere."

But while the company's output has expanded in that time, the level of staffing hasn't followed suit. The same team is, essentially, just doing a lot more work. "The benefit is that communications are much better," she says. "When you hire more people, it becomes less of a team, more of a hierarchy."

Age: 40

Home: Tufnell Park

Fave Working Title movie: "Favorite to watch is 'The Big Lebowski,' but the one that means the most is 'Billy Elliot,' both the movie and the musical."

Downtime: "Spending time with my daughters."

Least favorite thing about the biz: "When it gets to 6 p.m. in London and it's only 10 a.m. in Los Angeles. The myth that people in Hollywood get into the office early is just that -- a myth."
