"She's not just a pen-pusher, a money person," says agent Jenne Casarotto, who has done many deals with her over the years. "She's the human face of business affairs."
A lawyer by training, Morrison joined from Palace Pictures in 1992 at the age of 26. "And I'll still be here in another 20 years, the way things are going," she laughs. "We've all been here a long time, and nobody's going anywhere."
But while the company's output has expanded in that time, the level of staffing hasn't followed suit. The same team is, essentially, just doing a lot more work. "The benefit is that communications are much better," she says. "When you hire more people, it becomes less of a team, more of a hierarchy."
