Hamburg hatched the idea and developed the story with Scott Turpel and Kyle Pennekamp. Turpel and Pennekamp will write the script; Hamburg produces with Anders Bard.
Hamburg has a strong relationship with U after co-writing "Meet the Parents" and "Meet the Fockers" and directing his script "Along Came Polly" for the studio in 2004.
While Turpel and Pennekamp draft "Secret Agent Men," Hamburg will direct "The Troubleshooter" for Universal and Working Title Films. Hamburg, who wrote that script, is currently casting the film and producing with Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan. Bard co-produces.
