Working Title's Tim Bevan and Eric Fellner are producing; Liza Chasin and Bobby Cohen exec produce.
Rachel Weisz, Derek Luke and Isla Fisher also star. Adam Brooks, who penned "Wimbledon" and "Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason," is helming from his own screenplay.
Breslin wrapped a remake of "Mostly Martha" earlier this year for Warner Bros.
