Story revolves around a surfer girl who takes up with a drug smuggler and agrees to bring millions of dollars into Pakistan, only to be interrogated by authorities and pursued by a DEA agent.
Producers are West and Simon West Prods.' Jib Polhemus, along with Presley. Freedom Films' Lisa Kearns exec produces.
West's directing credits include "When a Stranger Calls," "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" and "The General's Daughter."
Presley will next be seen in Irwin Winkler's Iraq war drama "Home of the Brave," "Borderland" and "Guarding Eddy," which he also produced.
