Clients following Perry to IMG include Tom Bergeron ("Dancing with the Stars), Phil Keoghan ("The Amazing Race"), Elisabeth Hasselbeck ("The View"), AJ Hammer ("Showbiz Tonight"), Cristina Perez ('Cristina's Court"), Marysol Castro ("Good Morning America"), Roger Lodge ("Blind Date") and Curtis Stone ("Take Home Chef").
Perry headed up ICM's news and broadcasting department, which focused on hosting talent. Her post was wiped out following ICM's acquisition of BWCS (Daily Variety, July 31).
At IMG, Perry will fill the newly-created post of VP for broadcast/West Coast. She'll open up a new area for IMG, which until now has focused on sports and news personalities, as well as models.
"Combining our expertise and contacts with IMG's means all clients will now have access to branding, commercials, personal appearances, books and new media under one roof," Perry said, adding that she intends to "focus greater attention on growing our base of Latin clients."
IMG reps a slew of big names in sports and news, including Bob Costas, John Madden, Jim Nantz, James Brown and Andrea Koppel.
