Story concerns an uptight young federal agent who finds himself having to spy on his sexually liberated mother and her new lover after the FBI links him to an international art theft ring.
Indie pic, budgeted at around $25 million, is majority financed by Millennium Films.
Producers are Heidi Jo Markel's Eclectic Pictures ("Ivansxtc," "The Tenants"), Richard Salvatore's Two Sticks Prods. and Gallo's wife, Julie Lott, who provided some financing.
Gallo penned "Midnight Run" and "The Whole Ten Yards" and has story credit on "Bad Boys." He recently wrote and helmed indie "Local Color."
