Story's about a recent college grad who has one last fling before adulthood by falling into a love triangle with a charismatic couple. Pic is fully financed by Groundswell, with Arclight handling foreign sales. London, who has produced films including "Sideways" and "The House of Sand and Fog," hatched the equity-based financing company in February, with the intention of annually funding five films with independent sensibilities but mainstream breakout potential.
