Vogel ("Poseidon") plays an American who wakes up every day to a different life and death in the Dario Piana-helmed pic, which promises to be "Groundhog Day" with blood and guts.
Special effects maestro Winston produces alongside Brian J. Gilbert and Ralph Kamp.
Vogel and Cole (who stars in upcoming Bond pic "Casino Royale") are joined by Jaime Murray ("13"), Michael Feast ("The Virgin Queen") and newcomers Andrew Buchan and Michael Dixon.
Kamp's London-based Odyssey Entertainment is handling worldwide sales and distribution for "Ian."
