The net had already acquired earlier episodes in the series and now has 91 chapters in total, which it will begin airing this summer.
The Globomedia production, which will be dubbed into French, will air at 1 p.m. Monday to Friday.
The series turns on Diego Serrano, a middle-class widower with three young sons who marries Lucia, a divorcee teacher with two young daughters.
This will be the third dubbed Globomedia program broadcast in France, after the "Fame"-like drama "Un paso adelante" (One Step Forward) and comedy "Mis adorables vecinos," both transmitted by M6.
"Serrano" has also been acquired for Chile and Uruguay. As a format, the series sold to Italy, Portugal, Turkey and the Czech Republic. Globomedia is handling format sales.
Aired by Telecinco in Spain, skein averaged a 26.1% share and 4.6 million viewers in the 2005-06 season, its fifth.
The last episode, broadcast June 29, notched up a 25.1% share and 3.7 million viewers.
Demand for Spanish series is edging up abroad. Globomedia, part of Grupo Arbol-Mediapro, is the main beneficiary of the trend.
After 13 years in the market, Globomedia's formats have been acquired by 34 countries, 18 of them in Europe.
Its flagship drama "Medico de familia" (Family Doctor) was sold to 19 countries, including Italy, Portugal, Argentina and Mexico.
