Romantic satire of the advertising world concerns a cynical guy who falls for a carefree young girl with a secret.
Parise co-wrote with Peter Stebbings. Parise, Roger Spottiswoode, Nicholas Tabarrok and Magnet Management are producing; Jordan Gertner and Michael Jaffe exec produce.
Also a singer, Manning is prepping a solo album and is expected to contribute songs to "Jack and Jill."
Parise last directed indie "Kiss the Bride."
