Cabler OLN will change its name to Versus in September and bow five original skeins beginning that month.
New shows include "The Huntley Way" (working title), which pits Los Angeles thesp Huntley Ritter in an angling contest with old-school fishing vet Ronnie Hall; a BBQ tournament in which grill aficionados compete for a $100,000 prize; "Off the Hook," which nabbed both the reality nod and the TV Land audience award at the 2005 New York Television Festival, and which follows the exploits of a motley crew of globetrotting Brooklynites searching for the best fishing spots; and "Shark Hunters: East vs. West," a bicoastal competish.
"Soul of a Champion," a skein developed in part with sports editors from USA Today, will analyze the behavioral makeup of sports' most successful characters.
