Pic, which recently won the Gotham docu award at the Tribeca Film Festival, traces New York's underground post-punk music scene, from seminal bands Suicide and Teenage Jesus and the Jerks through contempo acts Sonic Youth and Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
Palm will roll out the film this summer. Shingle picked up DVD rights in partnership with Netflix.
Rights were repped by the Gotham-based Submarine label.
