B.O. up; 'Wicked' $1.7m

Road grosses

NEW YORK -- Road grosses increased in Week 1 (May 29- June 4) as the 11-show slate grew 1.2% to total $11,258,959.

Although the slate lost "Peter Pan," which is done for the season, it regained "Chicago," which was on hiatus last week.

The first company tour of "Wicked" in Detroit grossed $1,686,442, a house record.
