Grogin handles business and tactical communications strategies for the network, serving as the main contact for business and trade media. He also works with Fox Networks Group prexy Tony Vinciquerra and Fox Network prexy Ed Wilson on interdivisional and affiliate issues.
Grogin will report to Fox publicity and communications supremo Joe Earley.
"Scott has played a key role in the positioning of Fox for more than five years," Earley said, calling the promotion "an acknowledgement of his valuable contributions, as well as the expanded corporate communications role he has taken within the Fox Networks Group."
Grogin joined Fox in 2000 as VP. He had previously been at Universal Studios Recreation Group, where he was director of publicity.
From 1994-98, Grogin was a senior publicist at NBC Entertainment.
