Tillinger will oversee all aspects of Scorsese's production operation, including working with him in developing the shingle's slate.
Sikelia is in post-production on "The Departed," which Scorsese directed for Warner Bros. Pic, set to be released later this year, stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, Jack Nicholson and Mark Wahlberg.
Next up for the company is "Silence," which Scorsese will direct from a screenplay he wrote with Jay Cocks. Scorsese also is planning a documentary on the late filmmaker Elia Kazan, which Tillinger will produce.
Tillinger joined Sikelia in 2003 as a development and production exec. Prior to that she worked with the late Ted Demme at Spanky Pictures.
