The cast of "Superman Returns" is soaring onto the companion videogame.

Stars Brandon Routh (Superman/Clark Kent), Kate Bosworth (Lois Lane), Kevin Spacey (Lex Luthor), Parker Posey (Kitty Kowalski) and Sam Huntington (Jimmy Olsen) all will take part in the "Superman Returns" vidgame.

Electronic Arts and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment -- the videogame division of WB -- will release the game this summer alongside the film.

Routh is doing voice work and providing likeness rights as Superman is the main playable character in the game. Other thesps are only doing voiceovers.

EA and WBIE are drawing on the movie and Superman comicbooks to create an "open world" game similar in structure to "Grand Theft Auto" and "The Godfather," though undoubtedly less graphic.
