Snow stars as a girl fresh out of a rehab who moves back in with her parents and sister (Cavallari) and gets involved in an investigation of what has paralyzed residents. Story is loosely based on an urban legend involving haunted train tracks. Other casting should be finalized this week.
Brothers Brian and Jason Cleveland penned the screenplay and are producing. They penned horror pic "Soul's Midnight," also helmed by Basil.
Gray Frederickson, who co-produced "The Godfather: Part II" and "Apocalypse Now," is executive producing with John Simonelli.
Snow starred in NBC series "American Dreams." She'll next be seen on the bigscreen in Fox's "John Tucker Must Die" and indie "On the Doll."
Cavallari segued to acting following a breakout role on MTV reality series "Laguna Beach." She also appeared on UPN's "Veronica Mars." "Fingerprints" marks her feature debut.
