MyNetwork makes new friends

News brief

Fox's MyNetworkTV has inked with 12 additional affiliates, bringing the new net's penetration to 55% of the country.

Signings include a deal with Granite Broadcasting in three markets: WDWB/Detroit; WISE-DT/Fort Wayne, Ind.; and KBJR-DT/Duluth-Superior, Minn.

Other affils added Tuesday include XUPN/San Diego; WACY/Green Bay-Appleton, Wis.; WBGT/Rochester and WJKP/Elmira, N.Y.; KAME/Reno, Nev.; WCBI-DT/Columbus-Tupelo-West Point, Miss.; KTOV/Corpus Christi and NOSA-DT/Odessa-Midland, Texas; and KKRA/Rapid City, S.D.

To date, MyNetworkTV has been cleared on 64 stations throughout the U.S.
