Pair looking 'Flawless'

Caine and Moore to topline pic

Michael Caine and Demi Moore are set to star in "Flawless," a heist drama Michael Radford will direct.

Michael Pierce and Mark Williams produce the pic, which begins lensing in London on March 26.

Set in 1960s London, Edward Anderson script is loosely based on an actual jewelry heist. Caine plays a janitor who dreams of liberating his employers of their inventory. He finds an accomplice in an American exec (Moore) who's stymied by the old boys' network.

Moore and Caine previously starred together in 1984's "Blame It on Rio."

Future Films and Pierce/Williams Entertainment are co-financing the pic, with Future's Stephen Margolis exec producing. Many territories have been sold, but the producers will hang on to domestic distribution until the film is completed.

Caine just finished the Alfonso Cuaron-directed "Children of Men" and is currently filming Christopher Nolan's "The Prestige." Moore just completed the Emilio Estevez-directed indie "Bobby."
