ShoWest fetes thesp's decade

Fishburne to be awarded at confab's closing

Laurence Fishburne will be awarded ShoWest's "decade of achievement in film" kudos at the Las Vegas exhib confab.

Thesp will next star in Lionsgate's "Akeelah and the Bee," a pic he also produced.

Award will be accepted at the confab's closing banquet March 16.
