Thought Equity, which specializes in stock footage licensing and management, has partnered with HBO Sports to make available online the paybox's HBO Archives, an exclusive library of film, video and high-def material.
The HBO Archives features thousands of handpicked clips from specials, documentaries, wildlife productions and sports. The collection also contains historic footage from the turn of the century to the 1960s, international clips, and episodes from the Time-Life Films "Wild, Wild World of Animals" TV series.
No figures were available as to the revenue-share between the partners.
The HBO footage is now available to production professionals for licensing worldwide exclusively at
