Michael Winterbottom's Berlin entry "Road to Guantanamo" will be released simultaneously in theaters, on DVD and on the Internet in the U.K.

Pic is skedded to screen on the U.K.'s Channel 4 on March 9; up to 30 Brit cinemas will then screen the pic, and online distribution is still being negotiated.

Meanwhile, Winterbottom and Andrew Eaton's Revolution Films has set up a TV division and struck a first-look deal for TV projects with the network.

Company has tapped Kate Ogborn, previously at regional screen agency EM Media, to head the TV arm.

"Road to Guantanamo" was made as a telepic for C4's drama department rather than for the web's movie arm FilmFour, although both departments are headed by Tessa Ross, and the film is being marketed internationally under the FilmFour banner.
