The popular three-hour kudocast airs live from Miami's American Airlines Arena at 8 p.m. Feb. 23.
Also on the list of performers are Laura Pausini, RBD, Luis Fonsi, Ana Barbara and Beto y Sus Canarios, among others.
Awards are given in five genres -- pop, tropical, regional Mexican, rock and urban -- plus video of the year. Nominees are selected from charts compiled by Radio & Records magazine and winners are voted on by fans.
Last year's "Premio" drew record auds with what was regarded as an updated, enlivened show.
