Go Code Prods. will begin shooting dark comedy "My Suicide" this week with Gabriel Sunday ("Now You See It") toplining.
Written by Eric J. Adams and director David Lee Miller, the project centers on a teenage outcast who reveals he's going to film his own suicide, resulting in instant celebrity -- along with a community-wide effort to save him.
"Suicide" also stars Brooke Nevin, Michael Welch, Vanessa Lengies, Nora Dunn, Steven Anthony Lawrence and Mariel Hemingway. Eric J. Adams and Todd Traina are producing, and Larry Janss and Steven Jay Rubin exec produce.
Project grew out of efforts by Miller, who co-founded a nonprofit organization three years ago that mentors teenagers to produce their own public-safety films.
