Leinart touches down with tenpercentery

Quarterback Matt Leinart has signed with CAA.

The Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback has just become the first team-sports celeb to join the movie star roster of Creative Artists Agency.

Leinart, who led USC to two national championships, has charged CAA with making off-the-field endorsement and licensing deals, as well as spearheading his philanthropic efforts. The agency will work alongside Air 7, which is managing Leinart's career.

CAA reps individual-sports stars skateboarder Tony Hawk, surfer Laird Hamilton and Olympic Gold medal-winning skier Jeremy Bloom. With Leinart's all-American looks and passing skills, he is expected to be in high demand as an endorser.
