British f/x group VTR is transferring from the main London stock market to the Alternative Investment Market in the hope of boosting its share price.
VTR, which reported a pre-tax loss of £780,000 ($1.34 million) last year on sales of $37 million, believes the move will bring it to the attention of investors who specialize in smaller media companies.
The company is best known for creating special effects for feature films, TV shows, commercials and musicvideos.
