Eisenberg and Stupnitsky, who write for "The Office," are WGA- nominated for their work on the NBC laffer.
Par announced the CollegeHumor.com deal in July. Pact was designed to find Par a feature project in the same vein as college-set hit "Animal House" or similarly themed comedies like "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" or "American Pie."
Eisenberg and Stupnitsky then came up with a winning concept for Par execs. Logline is being kept under wraps.
Alphaville partners Sean Daniel and Jim Jacks are producing along with Ricky Van Veen and Josh Abramson, two of the four founders of CollegeHumor.com. Execs Marc Evans and Anson Avellar are overseeing at Par. Avellar was instrumental in bringing the deal together.
Eisenberg and Stupnitsky are also co-writing the untitled Harold Ramis project for Sony. That pic has Owen Wilson attached to star.
