Four are world preems: Dutch lenser David Lammers' "Northern Light"; Chinese helmer Han Jie's "Walking on the Wild Side"; Uruguayan director Manuel Nieto Zas' "The Dog Pound"; and Spanish lenser Isaki Lacuesta's "The Legend of Time."
The remaining two are international preems: "Ode to Joy," the first of three films by young Polish filmmakers Anna Kazejak-Dawid, Jan Komasa and Maciej Migas; and "Song of Songs," the feature film debut by U.K. helmer Josh Appignanesi.
Fest kicks off a 12-day run on Jan. 25, with the top three winners taking home E10,000 ($12,000).
