James originally joined the net in 1996 as an exec producer for "The E! True Hollywood Story." He is credited for boosting ratings of the cabler's daily news show, "E! News," by 56% in adults 18-34 and 54% in 18-49. As development exec, he will supervise new seasons of "The E! True Hollywood Story" and "101 Entertainment Countdown Mini-series."
Tseckares was formerly a founding producer for "The Insider" with Pat O'Brien. He also worked for six years as a scripter-producer for "Entertainment Tonight," which was the top-rated hourlong weekly show in syndication. He will oversee all aspects of the "E! News" franchise.
Both execs will report to senior production veep Jeff Shore.
