Film -- also starring Halley Wegryn Gross, Maya Goldsmith and Henry Gummer -- centers on three New York City friends who head to the country for the weekend. Away from their usual environment, the girls are forced to reevaluate their perceptions of each other as one guest turns out to be a pathological liar.
"Lying" is being produced via Hassell's PCH Film/Catfish Prods. and Levy's Periscope Entertainment.
Curiously Bright Entertainment's Lilly Bright and Sane Cinema's John Jencks are exec producing.
First-time helmer M. Blash will direct the drama.
Pic's producing team is at AFM to meet with sales reps.
Hassell's producing credits include the David Mamet adaptation "Edmond." Levy is producing helmer Austin Chick's upcoming "August."
