Bauer, the new theatrical distribution arm of Bauer Martinez Studios, plans to release the pic early next year.
Comedy, which marks Traeger's directorial debut and also stars Lauren Graham, Ted Danson and Joe Pantoliano, is about an amateur porn filmmaker who brings together a motley group of friends and neighbors.
Aaron Ryder produced the film, with financing from Michael Kuhn's London-based Qwerty Films. Exec producers are Qwerty's Malcolm Ritchie and N1 European Film Produktions' Jill Tandy.
Bauer Martinez Distribution recently beat out competitors in picking up the rights to David Ayer's "Harsh Times" at the Toronto Film Fest.
Other upcoming Bauer releases include Andrew Lau's "The Flock," starring Richard Gere and Claire Danes; "The Groomsmen," written and directed by Ed Burns; and Amy Heckerling's "I Could Never Be Your Woman," starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Paul Rudd.
