Pic, about a ladies' man who unexpectedly falls for a bride on her wedding day, also stars Eddie Kay Thomas, Isiah Whitlock, Gloria Reuben, Fisher Stevens, Kevin J. O'Connor and Amy Sacco.
Pic is lensing in Gotham.
Myers also penned the screenplay, which was the winner of the 2001 Nickelodeon Screenwriting Award. Writer-helmer's project "Clinical" was in the 2003 Sundance Filmmakers Lab.
Gershon recently wrapped HDNet Films' Alex Steyermark-helmed drama "One Last Thing ...," which also stars Cynthia Nixon.
Modine will star in the WB's upcoming series "The Bedford Diaries."
Mailer late last year split with producing partner Daniel Bigel, who headed to Los Angeles to create Bigel Entertainment.
Mailer Films' current slate includes an adaptation of Henri Alain-Fournier "Le Grand Meaulnes," being developed with U.K.-based Spice Factory. Company also recently co-produced the Off Broadway play "Hello Herman," which is being developed as a feature by Mailer.
