Pic is exec produced by Piet Dekker of Benelux-based BBI Prods. Chapa, best known for his perf as Lyle Menendez in the CBS mini "A Killing in Beverly Hills," also wrote the script.

"I.R.A.: King of Nothing" tells the story of Bobby O'Brien (played by Chapa), an I.R.A. member who is not happy with the modern-day version of the movement. He believes the only way to achieve Irish independence is through violence, almost derailing the peace process.
Chapa appeared in Warner Bros.' "Under Siege," with Steven Seagal and Tommy Lee Jones, and U's "Street Fighter," with Raul Julia and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
BBI retains worldwide rights to "I.R.A."
