SAG exec

SAG exec Jim L. Terry died July 15 in Encino, Calif. from cancer. He was 65.

The funeral is scheduled for Saturday July 23 at St. Cyril's Catholic Church, 15520 Ventura Blvd., Encino.

Born in Arkansas, Terry was raised in San Pedro, Calif and graduated from Cal State L.A.

He started his career with AFTRA as a rep for "The Carol Burnett Show," "The Glen Campbell Show" and "The Jim Nabors Show." He then became a unit manager at Metromedia and worked on "The Jeffersons" and "Three's Company." As a unit manager with Tandem Productions, he worked on "All in the Family."

From 1990 to 2005, he worked for the Screen Actors Guild as assistant executive administrator of television contracts.

He is survived by his wife Beth.

Donations may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society.
