Arianna Huffington inked a syndication deal with Yahoo! News that will allow the portal to post the musings of Huffingtonpost.com's celebrity cast of bloggers, including Norman Mailer, David Mamet and Maggie Gyllenhaal.

Deal will place select postings in the opinion section of Yahoo! News, though some may be in the entertainment feed when deemed appropriate.

"The addition of Huffingtonpost.com represents the first content agreement for Yahoo! News with a blog, bringing a fresh and unique perspective to the site," said Yahoo! News general manager Neil Budde.

The left-leaning blog's top post Tuesday afternoon was a nocturnal stream-of-consciousness post by Larry David blaming Karl Rove for his insomnia: "See, this is what he wants. He wants to get in your head. He wants to keep you up. You're giving him what he wants!"
