Hire was made by ICM chief operating officer and general counsel Rick Levy, to whom Shane will report.
Shane will handle the agency's global media strategy and communication between the tenpercentery's offices and manage advertising and special events.
"David has proven himself to be an accomplished communications professional, and we are delighted to have him lead the corporate communications function at ICM," Levy said. "David brings a depth of experience from both the corporate and entertainment sectors."
Prior to TiVo, Shane had been a public relations veep at Comcast.
