Snedeker, most recently senior VP of creative affairs, will report directly to DisneyToon prexy Sharon Morrill in the new post, where he'll oversee pre-production and work actively in the production phase of all the studio's animated films.
Snedeker is a former VP at Jim Henson Prods. and director of creative affairs for DisneyToon.
Ferguson will be responsible for all aspects of production of the division's 3-D feature films and will work in conjunction with Snedeker, reporting directly to Morrill.
Ferguson has been VP of digital production since 2000.
DisneyToon has produced nine of the top 10 direct-to-DVD videos of all time.
