Lourd boards Diller domain

CAA vet began the post this week

Creative Artists Agency partner and managing director Bryan Lourd has joined the board of directors of Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp, the e-commerce giant which owns Expedia, Home Shopping Network, Hotels.com, Lendingtree.com, Ticketmaster and Match.com.

Lourd began the post this week.

He previously had been on the board of the IAC-owned Ticketmaster for the past two years before Diller asked him to join a directors board that includes Victor Kaufman, Edgar Bronfman Jr., Steven Rattner, Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf and Diane Von Furstenberg.
