Book is set in an isolated girls school outside Washington, D.C., where all the students are daughters of spies. The girls are secretly being trained to become agents themselves.
Lead girl is the daughter of the school's headmistress. Trouble ensues when the daughter has a romance with a local boy.
Book is being published by Disney company Hyperion Kids, which bought the manuscript in a preemptive publishing deal. Mouse House book scout Nan Shipley sent it to the studio. Karen Glass is Disney Pictures' exec on the project.
