Pic, scheduled to shoot at the end of the year, will also star Philip Seymour Hoffman, who starred in Louiso's feature directing debut, "Love Liza." Gotham-based Antidote Films is producing the pic, with London outfit Renaissance Films handling worldwide sales.
Mary Jane Skalski ("The Station Agent") will produce with Antidote's Jeffrey Levy-Hinte. Angus Finney of Renaissance is exec producer.
"Renaissance immediately understood that this was going to be a different sort of Shakespeare, and it made them perfect partners for us," Skalski commented.
