Mobius Entertainment will finance ".45," which stars Milla Jovovich in the feature-directing bow of Gary Lennon. Production begins April 11 in Toronto.
Angus MacFayden and Stephen Dorff also star in the pic.
Written by Lennon, ".45" is a dark comedy about a criminal couple who turn on each other and cause their own downfall.
Mobius Intl. will rep the pic's foreign rights.
Producers are Mobius' David Bergstein and Tracy Newell with Media Talent Group principal Geyer Kosinski and production exec Tucker Tooley.
Lennon recently wrote "XXX.com" for 20th Century Fox, and sold "D.J" to Intermedia.
