Mike Epps has signed with ICM for representation in all areas.

Thesp-comedian is now shooting Focus Features' "42.4 Percent" with Sanaa Lathan and Simon Baker. Other upcoming projects include Paramount's remake of "The Honeymooners" and Fox Searchlight's "Roll Bounce."

Previously repped by CAA, Epps continues to be managed by Niles Kirchner.
