Julia Louis-Dreyfus has found her new TV family, while "Spanglish" moppet Sarah Steele is set to play the small screen offspring of Lenny Clarke and Ann Cusack in the ABC comedy pilot "Neighbors."
Joining Louis-Dreyfus in CBS' "Old Christine" are Hamash Linklatter, Trevor Gagnon and Clark Gregg. Thesps will play her brother, son and husband, respectively, in the Warner Bros. TV-produced half-hour.
Linklatter, set to appear in the upcoming feature version of "Fantastic Four," has had roles in the Sci Fi mini "Five Days to Midnight" and the ABC drama "Gideon's Crossing."
Gregg has numerous feature credits, including "In Good Company," and he played Eason Jordan in HBO's "Live From Baghdad" (in which Linklatter also appeared). Gagnon played Billy Crudup's son in "Big Fish."
Over at ABC, Steele's turn in "Neighbors" reps the teen thesp's first TV gig. She made her feature bow playing Tea Leoni and Adam Sandler's much-maligned daughter in "Spanglish."
Cusack is also new to Touchstone-produced "Neighbors," playing Clarke's wife. She's had guest turns on "Charmed" and "One Tree Hill" in the last year; her most recent series gig was the Eye's "Brotherhood of Poland, NH."
Finally, Sophina Brown has joined the cast of Deborah Kaplan and Harry Elfont's untitled ABC comedy pilot, which stars Julie Bowen ("Ed") and is being produced by Touchstone and Burke-Tarses.
