Audrey Wells ("Under the Tuscan Sun") will write and direct romantic comedy "Rearranged" for Disney's Touchstone.
Project, which Disney production prexy Nina Jacobson is overseeing with Brad Epstein, concerns a woman who consents to an arranged marriage set up by her best friends.
Wells most recently penned the U.S. remake of Japanese hit "Shall We Dance" for Miramax. Her last directing effort was Touchstone's "Under the Tuscan Sun," which she also produced.
