Biz down; 'Lion' $1.2 mil

Road grosses

NEW YORK -- Road grosses declined 11.80% to $11,620,657 during Week 39 (Feb. 21-27) as "Caroline, or Change" ended its San Francisco run and "Little Shop of Horrors" went on hiatus. Also, "Sweet Charity" did not report grosses for the first week of its tryout in Chicago, the second of its three stops en route to Broadway.

One company of "The Lion King" ended its boffo 32-week Boston run and jumped to Buffalo, N.Y., where it took $862,466 in six perfs.
