Mulvihill was VP of content development at New Line, which he joined in 1994. He will continue to spearhead the creation of all added DVD programming, concentrating on tech-related material such as high-definition.
New Line has also lifted Roy Millonzi and Justine Brody to senior VP of sales and senior VP of marketing, respectively.
Chicago-based Millonzi will develop ongoing strategies and enhancements to sales programs, account promotions as well as both category and vendor management initiatives.
Millonzi joined the company in 1996. He previously handled sales at Warner/Electra/Atlantic Video, Live Home Entertainment and Vestron.
Brody will oversee the marketing of all New Line Home Entertainment releases, including the company's acquisitions slate. Brody joined New Line Home Entertainment in 2001 as VP of marketing, overseeing the promotion, marketing and creative aspects of the company's homevideo operation. Before joining New Line, Brody worked at Warner Home Video and Buena Vista Home Entertainment.
