Jones joins fold at WMA

Actor joins William Morris after eight years without agent

After nearly eight years without an agent, Oscar-winning actor Tommy Lee Jones has signed with the William Morris Agency.

Jones was last repped by ICM and his longtime agent Michael Black. When Black left the tenpercentery in 1997 to open a management shingle, Jones kept Black as his sole rep.

Jones has since parted with Black. He continues to be represented by the legal firm of Browning Jacobson & Klein.

Jones most recently made his feature directing bow with "The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada." Jones also starred in the pic, which was exec produced by Luc Besson and is now in post.

Actor will next be seen in the Revolution Studios comedy "Man of the House," which bows Feb. 25.
