This is her second tour with the agency. She was a longtime client of Patrick Whitesell, who was a CAA agent before he joined Endeavor as a partner nearly four years ago.
CAA will also rep Barrymore's production company, Flower Films, and her producing partner, Nancy Juvonen.
The agency also has signed thesp William H. Macy.
Macy won two Emmys for TNT's "Door to Door": one for his performance, the other for co-writing the script. He's currently shooting "Thank You for Smoking," Jason Reitman's adaptation of Christopher Buckley's novel.
Barrymore is prepping "Lucky You" opposite Eric Bana for Curtis Hanson and Warner Bros. Pictures. Twentieth Century Fox will release her next film, "Fever Pitch," through Fox 2000.
